幼稚園のコンサート

先週私は田舎へかえりました。

ははの幼稚園のコンサートがありますから。

私は毎年M.C (Master of Ceremony)をなります。

ははの幼稚園たくさん子供があります。とてもかわいいですね。

でも、やんちゃです。

たくさんおやコンサートへいきました。

彼らは彼らの子供が行うのを見たいと思う。

いろいろなパーフォーマンスがありますね。

れい：おどります、歌唱、スケッチ

とてもかわいいですよ。

少数の子供は叫ぶ。びくびくですから。

その夜は楽しみである。

それはよい経験である.

私はいぬがだいすきです。

バター鶏

材料(4人分)
鶏もも肉 2枚 / A [ﾌﾞﾗﾝﾃﾞｰ 大さじ3 / 赤ﾜｲﾝ 大さじ3] / B [ﾄﾞﾐｸﾞﾗｽｿｰｽ 3/4ｶｯﾌﾟ / ﾌﾞｲﾖﾝ 1･1/2ｶｯﾌﾟ / 生ｸﾘｰﾑ 大さじ4･1/2] / ﾊﾞﾀｰ（鶏もも肉ｿﾃｰ用） 30ｇ / 卵黄 2個 / ﾊﾞﾀｰ（ｿｰｽ用） 15g / 黄桃 3個 / ﾊﾟｾﾘ（みじん切り） 少々 / 塩・こしょう 少々

つくり方
１．鶏もも肉を焼く
(1)鶏もも肉は半分に切る。厚いところは開き,塩・こしょうをする。
(2)ﾊﾞﾀｰで両面を少し色づくまで焼き,Aを入れてｱﾙｺｰﾙ分をとばす。
(3)Bを入れて,弱火で15分～20分ふたをして煮た後,鶏もも肉を取り出す。

２．盛りつける
(1)上記(2)の残りのｿｰｽを約1ｶｯﾌﾟになるまで混ぜながら煮つめ,おろし際に卵黄を手早く混ぜ,ﾊﾞﾀｰを加えて,ｿｰｽを仕上げる。
(2)黄桃を添えて盛りつけ,ﾊﾟｾﾘを飾る。
